ServiceLink - Review Completed Segment Status
This feature is available for all ServiceLink users, but is disabled by default. To enable this feature for your system, please contact Texada support.
A new “Review Completed” status has been added to Segments in Texada ServiceLink! This change allows ServiceLink users with the “Workorder.Segment.Review” security role to indicate that a Work Order Segment has been reviewed after completion.
When this feature is enabled, the “Completed” and “Not Completed” buttons on the Segment detail screen will be replaced with a “Segment Status” drop-down list containing three options: Service In Progress, Service Completed, and Review Completed. Select a status from this drop-down to update the Segment. In order to set a Segment’s status to “Review Completed”, it must first be set to “Service Completed”.
The Service Pipeline page has also been updated to accommodate the new status. When the Review Completed status is enabled, a “Review Completed” row will be added to the Finalizing panel under Open Work Orders, allowing you to see the number of warrantied and unwarrantied Work Orders with this status. Click on one of these numbers to view matching Work Orders.
