Unable to Load SMU Equipment Data Through VisionLink

How to resolve issues with loading utilization data for products in Condition Monitoring Portal despite being subscribed to VisionLink Connect.

Overview

This issue is characterized by the inability to load utilization data for a certain serial number in the Texada Condition Monitoring Portal, despite being subscribed to VisionLink Connect.

Resolution

According to Caterpillar, VisionLink Connect is a free subscription. Only assets with a premium (paid) subscription (VisionLink ConnectPro or greater) are reported out through the VisionLink API. In order to load characterization data in CMP, a premium VisionLink subscription is required.
