Refueling a piece of equipment that is currently on an open Contract will now result in the following email being sent to the branch/station of the Contract’s Division:

• Subject line: Refuel of [Product #] [Product Description] on Open Contract# [Contract#]
• Email Body: This is a notification that Refueling has been completed on this equipment. See attached for more details.
• The Refueling Report PDF will be attached to this email.

The following message will appear during refueling to inform the user of this notification: “This equipment is on an Open Contract – the branch will get notified of this Refuel Activity.”

Fixed an issue affecting the Approval screen of the 5 Year Approval process in which it was possible for the user to select “Pass” even if the Tank Information or PVR Information fields were set to “Fail”. 

Attempting to do so now will stop the user from progressing and will result in the following message: “You cannot select ‘Pass’ because one or more checks failed in previous forms. Go back to update values or select ‘Fail’.”

Fixed an issue affecting the Pre-delivery Inspection and Annual Inspection processes in the WorkFlow mobile application in which validation messages for required fields would occasionally fail to appear.

Fixed an issue affecting navigation in the WorkFlow mobile application in which the user would occasionally encounter a superfluous transitionary screen when navigating to the Equipment Information screen. This screen would contain a single “Equipment Information” link, which the user would need to tap on in order to continue. This transition screen has been removed, leading to faster navigation of the application.

Fixed a bug in which the “Done By” column of the Rental Out/In table was being populated with the user’s 3-digit login code instead of their full username.
