Daily Close Cash Balance Error

How to resolve the “Daily Close Cash Balance Error” that sometimes occurs when running Daily Close 1 in Texada SRM.

Error Description

When attempting to run the Daily Close 1: Invoice Edit utility in Texada SRM, an information window pops up that reads “DBR# has not been accepted yet and must be run before you can continue.”

This message is followed by the appearance of the “Daily Close Cash Balance Error” screen, which contains the message “A prior daily business report has not been accepted.”

Resolution

This error must be resolved by a member of Texada’s support staff. If you encounter this error, contact Texada support and mention that you have encountered a Daily Close Cash Balance error. A support staff member will be able to assist you with a resolution.
