My Work
An overview of the My Work screen in ServiceLink Flex.
Quick Reference
- The My Work section of ServiceLink Flex allows field technicians to review and manage their currently-assigned Work Orders. This section’s landing page displays assigned Work Orders in list view and map view. To reach this page, tap “My Work” at the bottom of any screen in ServiceLink Flex.
- Tap and drag with one finger to pan the map. Pinch with two fingers to zoom in and out and rotate the map.
- Tap on a Work Order on the map or in the list to view its details.
Introduction
The My Work section of ServiceLink Flex allows field technicians to review and manage their currently-assigned Work Orders. The My Work landing page displays assigned Work Orders in both list view and map view. To reach this page, tap “My Work” at the bottom of any screen in ServiceLink Flex.

Tap to refresh the list of Work Orders. - Map
Assigned Work Orders are represented by pins on the map. Tap and drag with one finger to pan the map. Pinch with two fingers to zoom in and out and rotate the map. - Work Order Pin
Each Work Order’s pin appears on the map at its job site address. The number inside the bubble corresponds to the number in the list of Work Orders below. Work Orders with no job site address will be indicated with a question mark ‘?’ and will not appear on the map.

The technician’s assigned Work Orders are listed here. Information displayed for each Work Order includes its Customer name, equipment name and serial number, and scheduled start time. The number in the red bubble to the left of each Work Order corresponds to its number on the map.
Work Orders with at least one pending draft will have a small red dot directly below the location bubble. Additionally, the symbol to the right of the Work Order indicates its offline availability status: a green check mark indicates that the Work Order is available to view offline, while a red X indicates that it is only available while online.
