A “Sign Contract” button has been added to the Review Ticket screen for Delivery Tickets in Texada Mobile. This button allows you to open a Ticket’s parent Contract from Texada Mobile and collect the customer’s signature, ensuring that both the Ticket and its parent Contract have been reviewed and signed before the delivery is complete.

  • When reviewing a Delivery Ticket for a Contract that has not yet been signed, a “Contract is not signed” message will appear at the top of the Review Ticket screen.
  • Tapping the new “Sign Contract” button on this screen will open Texada Web on your mobile device, and walk you through the process of signing the parent Contract of the Ticket you are working on. Once you are finished, you can complete the Delivery Ticket as normal.
  • You will also have the option of completing the Delivery Ticket without signing the parent Contract.
