Texada Mobile: Sign Contract During Delivery
This feature will be available starting with Texada Mobile version 2023.1116.
When completing a Delivery Ticket for an unsigned Contract, it is now possible to collect the client’s signature on the parent Contract directly from Texada Mobile!
When reviewing a Delivery Ticket in Texada Mobile, a “Contract is not signed” notification will now appear at the top of the screen if the Ticket’s parent Contract has not yet been signed by the client. There is also a new “Sign Contract” button in the bottom-left corner of the screen:
Tap this button to begin the process of signing the Ticket’s parent Contract. After reviewing the Contract with the customer, hand your mobile device to them so they can accept the Terms and Conditions and either draw or type their name.
Once the customer has signed their name, they will have the option of emailing a copy of the Contract to an address of their choosing. When the process is complete, they will receive a notification prompting them to hand the mobile device back to you.
Once you have collected the customer’s signature on the parent Contract, you can continue with completing the Delivery Ticket as normal.
