The Model Exceptions Page
A new Model Exceptions page has been added to CloudLink Model Administration! This page allows you to manage the equipment models found in your ERP system that do not have a matching model in CloudLink.
To reach the Model Exceptions page, open Model Administration, then navigate to Manage → Model Exceptions in the top navigation menu.
Missing models are organized into three categories: Inventory, On Order, and Other Manufacturers. Switch between categories using the tabs at the top of the screen. Each category contains a “Model Exceptions” section and an “Ignored Models” section.
To assign a missing model to a base model, click the “Base Model” drop-down and select the base model that corresponds to the missing model. If the missing model does not have a Division in your ERP system, this can be set using the “Division” drop-down. If you don’t want to assign a missing model to a base model, check the “Ignore” checkbox. Click the “Save” button once you are finished.
Missing models that have previously been marked as “Ignore” are listed under “Ignored Models”. To move a missing model back under Model Exceptions, click the “Remove from ignore list” button.
This page will replace the Pipeline Report that sends email notifications for model exceptions.
