Pending Sold Monitor
How to use the pending sold monitor to keep on top of orders in Handle CRM.
Staying in front of customer communications about delivery dates is more important than ever.
Handle’s Pending Sold Monitor:
- Automated order monitoring for awareness to changes (Factory Delivery Date)
- Quickly identify items overdue for delivery requiring followup
- Automated updates to management, team, and customers of any changes (email engine)
- Create management reports for visibility across stores and regions
This reporting automation helps manage the constant changes to factory and customer delivery dates. It allows your team to maintain visibility, so any surprise changes can be dealt with fast, and unhappy surprises are kept to a minimum.
Without having to dig around, this tool automatically tracks all pending sold items to check current estimated delivery dates to see if they’re changing.
If these delivery dates change, Handle automatically notifies the salesperson, plus anyone else you need like sales managers, logistics, service, or finance.
We’ve included an “overdue” tile that shows delivery dates and when they were expected. This updates automatically and can be used for a scheduled report so you are automatically notified by email once something becomes overdue.
