See our video overview:
Advanced comment features can be turned on in any Handle module that is using the Flow Screen layout with a simple request to our support team.
Everything you need in one easy to access place
Handle helps you work faster by sharing data across your multiple processes and data systems and linking them into action-focused items—Sales Opportunities, Sales Calls, Inventory, Workflows and Account records—with less errors.
With Handle’s new comment section features allow you to see all the information linked to your current task with a quick look, and without extra clicks, searches, or jumping around the page.
And it can make managing those linked items simpler. You can view and edit the link’s comments by hovering over them, and get easy access to unlink items that are no longer needed.
Get personalized suggestions or quickly search across everything
Handle now gives you suggestions to help you find items you need linked faster. ou can configure what suggestions you receive, like Sales Calls, quote, or any other type of file.
The “Suggestions” button lets you link anything that’s relevant for that client without having to dig around looking for specific files.
You can also use the “Search” button to look for any item in your database by keyword. The search can also be configured to limit results to a limited set of data modules.
Add and auto-link records with a few clicks
Adding new linked items is as easy as it gets from the comments.
To add an item, all you have to do is click the “Add” button and select what type of record you want to create and instantly link to the record your in.
You can configure your own set of quick linked categories, or use the pre-configured special actions to schedule or record sales calls.
If you no longer need a specific file, all you have to do is hover with your mouse over it. You’ll have the option to unlink or view the comments for that file.
Click the “unlink” button, and the file will no longer be attached to that comment section.
Collaborate without fuss
Of course Handle’s comments lets you add comments to records — everyone automatically stamped with the user’s initials and comment date. People across your organization can add to notes or make comments, so you know at a glance what’s happening with different projects or clients.
And with @ notifications, you can mention a Handle user so they will see your comment with an email notification to draw attention to anything that needs follow up.
With the new comment features, you can either hover over a linked record’s “Comments” button to see its comments.
