Microsoft Single Sign-On
How to sign in to Handle CRM using your Microsoft account.
Your IT group may need to give Handle access to SSO. Details are at the end of this article.
Key things to know
- Users can use their Microsoft credentials to access Handle
- Benefits include improved user experience, better control over security, and easier management of lost passwords
- Users can connect to their Microsoft Account quickly and easily
Using Microsoft Single Sign On with Handle
- In Handle, click on “Connect Microsoft Account” (located in blue navigation panel on the right side of the app)
- In the pop up window, log in to your Microsoft account
- Allow access to Handle Azure SSO
- Logout of Handle and then log back in by clicking on the “Sign in with Microsoft” button
Allowing Handle to use SSO
To be able to use Microsoft credentials, Handle needs to have access to:
- “View users’ basic profile”
- “Maintain access to data you have given it access to”
If your policies do not allow users consent to apps accessing their profiles, you may want to make sure that you have the Admin Consent workflow set up.
