Keyword Searches
How to use keyword searches to quickly search for what you need in the Handle mobile application.
- Keyword searches let you quickly look for items across Handle and can be filtered to specific record types
- All your Saved Searches can be accessed from the Searches view
- From the Searches view you can also create new searches from mobile and save for use across both Handle mobile and desktop
Keyword Search
- Simply type into the search box to start to begin searching
- Use the Settings Gear to filter your results
Advanced Searches
To use an existing saved search:
- Click the Searches item in the main navigation pane
- Use the filter box to find the saved search or browse through searches by database entity
- Tap on the saved search name
- To change Advanced Search options, see step two in “To create a new search” below
To create a new search
- Tap on Searches then tap the + sign to create a new view
- Set Advanced Search options:
- Click the left dot at the bottom of the screen
- Add or adjust your search criteria as you would on the desktop
- Tap Save in the lower right
- Alternatively, you can click the floppy disk icon in the main view
