Keyword Searches

How to use keyword searches to quickly search for what you need in the Handle mobile application.

  1. Keyword searches let you quickly look for items across Handle and can be filtered to specific record types 
  2. All your Saved Searches can be accessed from the Searches view 
  3. From the Searches view you can also create new searches from mobile and save for use across both Handle mobile and desktop

Keyword Search​

  1. Simply type into the search box to start to begin searching
  2. Use the Settings Gear to filter your results

Advanced Searches

To use an existing saved search:

  1. Click the Searches item in the main navigation pane
  2. Use the filter box to find the saved search or browse through searches by database entity
  3. Tap on the saved search name
  4. To change Advanced Search options, see step two in “To create a new search” below

To create a new search

  1. Tap on Searches then tap the + sign to create a new view
  2. Set Advanced Search options:
    1. Click the left dot at the bottom of the screen
    2. Add or adjust your search criteria as you would on the desktop
  3. Tap Save in the lower right
    1. Alternatively, you can click the floppy disk icon in the main view
