Grouped Grid Dashboards

How to use grouped grid dashboards in Handle CRM to create simple, centralized views and drive action across your team.

Managing a business requires you to track a lot of numbers. Managing multiple stores and teams of people requires you to take those numbers and break them down to each location and individual person.

Handle’s Dashboard – Grouped Grid view lets you slice up your Dashboards so you can see the data just like you manage your business — by individual people and locations.

From corporate managers to sales leads Grouped Grid view breaks down the numbers so you can look across your team and quickly see what needs to be done.

  1. Identify accounts that are to freq.not enough
  2. Leads that are not followed up with
  3. Close ratios
  4. Aged inventory that needs to be revalued or repurposed
  5. Deals taking too long to settle

How to Use Grouped Grid View

What You’ll Need

A Dashboard with data that you want to track by the record’s Created By, Owner, or Record Manager fields.

  • Just like Dashboards in the default Tile view, Grouped Grid Dashboards  give you one click access to the underlying records behind that number—if you want to see all the user data for a metric, click on the total row, otherwise, click on the row you want and the data that is shown will be filtered to match just that row.
  • With Handle’s Teams, you can add quick filtering to the results by selecting to show only members of specific Teams in the Grouped Grid Dashboard.

1. Change View

In the Dashboard you want to breakdown, click on the Settings Gear icon to open Settings Panel and select Grouped Grid under the View menu.

2. Select User Type

The Type may vary depending on your business rules and processes, so choose the type that gives the right group of users for your data.

3. Select How To Group

Standard options are between individual users and the user locations they are assigned to in the Handle admin.

4. Set up Sharing

  • Click on the Settings Gear icon to open Settings Panel
  • You can use the dropdown menus to select the users that you wish to share the Dashboard with, and set access permissions (Can View or Can Edit)
