Activity Feed
An overview of the activity feed in Handle CRM.
Common Problems and Questions
How can we find the information we are looking for faster?
Handle’s Solution
Filter your Activity Feed to show only what you need to see right now.
Find Your Activity Feed
You can find your Activity Feed in the menu to the right of your screen.
Pinning The Activity Feed
- You will see a new tab for the Activity Feed appear in the top bar.
- Click on the pin icon to pin the Activity to the top bar.
Using the Activity Feed Filter
For example you can eliminate items like follow-ups, new leads, or accounts, if you only want to see upcoming calls and quotes.
When you have a lot going on it can be overwhelming to see the entire activity feed at once.
So, we’ve introduced a helpful filter that allows you to sort your feed to show only the activity you want to see right now.
Activity Feed in Account View
This filter can also be applied when you are viewing a specific account record.
This is particularly useful for long-standing accounts with dozens, if not hundreds, of activity records.
