Workflow Data Selector
How to automate data selection in Handle CRM.
Common Problems and Questions
- How can we reduce the amount of data we have to manually enter?
- How can we reduce the amount of errors that occur from too much data entry?
Handle’s Solution
The workflow data selection and transfer tool automatically populates any field on any form with information already contained in Handle. This reduces the chance for human error by reducing the amount of manual data entry.
Item Selection
You can also deselect line items before the order moves on to other departments or phases.
For example, if you created a quote with 3 pieces of equipment, but are only ready to invoice 2, you can deselect what’s not ready to move forward, and still send the order.
Status Check
The deselected information remains in the account – ready to be pushed ahead when the customer or equipment are ready.
You can decide how to configure what information is required to move forward, like in the invoicing checklist shown here, based on your organization’s requirements.
