Thresholds by Hours/Minutes
How to set thresholds for tiles in Handle CRM.
Common Problems and Questions
How can we enforce rules for reminders and notifications in more precise increments?
Handle’s Solution
Tiles can now be programmed to change status or send reminders based on minutes and hours, not just days, weeks or months.
Time Threshold Configuration
For users looking for a little more control over reminder, status and notification thresholds, we’ve introduced the Hours filter, which will allow you to set thresholds based on hours and minutes, not just dates.
For example, you can now remind the sales team that a new lead has not been contacted within a period of less than 24 hours.
Example of use: for tiles that represent new leads that need to be contacted ASAP, it’s a good idea to set shorter, more precise thresholds to ensure salespeople reach out to the leads
