The User List

An overview of the User List page in the GateWay Administration Panel.

Quick Reference

  • The User List page in the GateWay Administration Panel allows you to view, manage, and create GateWay Users. To reach this page, navigate to Users → User List in the left navigation menu.
  • Click the “Create New User” button at the top of the page to create a new GateWay User.
  • Click the pencil icon under the Actions column to edit a User.
  • Click the bin icon under the Actions column to delete a User.

Introduction

The User List page in the GateWay Administration Panel allows you to view, manage, and create GateWay Users. To reach this page, navigate to Users → User List in the left navigation menu.

User List

  1. Search Bar
    Begin typing into the search bar to filter the list of Users by the text entered. This will search by User name and User email.
  2. Create New User Button
    Click to create a new GateWay User. See “Create or Edit a User in Texada GateWay” for more information.
  3. View Manager
    Use to create custom views for the Users table. See “The View Manager” for more information.
  4. Export Button
    Use to export the contents of the Users table for use in an external program. See “Exporting the Contents of a Table” for more information.
  5. Users Table
    Contains the list of current GateWay Users. The appearance of this table can be modified in a number of ways; see “Working With Tables” for more information.
  6. User
    Each GateWay User is represented by a row in the Users table.
    • Click the pencil icon under the Actions column to edit a User. See “Create or Edit a User in Texada GateWay” for more information.
    • Click the bin icon under the Actions column to delete a User.

Users Table - Columns

The Users table comprises the following columns:

  • User name: The User’s username.
  • User email: The email address associated with the User’s account.
  • Customer Type: The User’s customer type: Customer, Customer (admin), or Salesman. if no customer type has been specified, this column will be blank.
  • Status: The User’s current status: Active or Inactive.
  • Last Login: The date and time at which the User last logged in.
  • Action: Contains the edit and delete icons.
