Emails

An overview of the Emails page in the new GateWay Administration Panel.

Quick Reference

  • The Emails page in the new GateWay administration panel allows you to a view a log of system emails sent to users of your website. To reach this page, select Logs → Emails from the left navigation menu.
  • Use the search bar at the top of the screen to filter the email list. Click on an email to see a preview of the email that was sent to the customer.

Introduction

The Emails page in the new GateWay administration panel allows you to a view a log of system emails sent to users of your website. To reach this page, select Logs → Emails from the left navigation menu.

Emails

  1. Search Bar
    Begin typing into the search bar to filter the list of emails by the text entered. This will search by Recipient and Subject. 
  2. Emails Table
    System emails sent to your customers are logged in this table. The appearance of this table can be modified; see “Working With Tables” for more information.
  3. Email
    Click on a row in the emails table to see a preview of the email that was sent to the customer.

Emails Table - Columns

The Emails table comprises the following columns:

  • Recipient: The email address to which the email was sent.
  • Subject: The email’s subject.
  • Date/Time: The date and time on which the email was sent.
  • Status: Indicates whether the email was successfully sent (Delivered) or not (Error).
