Model Administration - Model Exceptions Page Updates

The Model Exceptions page in Model Administration has received a number of updates to improve functionality and performance!

  • The Model Exceptions page is now paginated to improve performance. Up to 50 models will be displayed at a time.
  • Ignored models will no longer be displayed by default. You can now click on the number of ignored models to view a paginated list of ignored models.
  • You can now click the blue “i” symbol next to a model in the Model Exceptions table to view stock numbers for that model.
  • A "Type" column has been added to the Model Exceptions table. This column indicates whether each item is an attachment or a machine.
  • A "Show Attachments" toggle has been added to the On Order tab. This allows you to show or hide attachments in the Model Exceptions table.

The logic for hidden deals associated with reopened quotes has been updated. When a deal is hidden, stock numbers will be made available for use. When a hidden deal is re-won, it will receive a new stock number.

Equipment Monitoring Toolkit

On all pages where a piece of equipment's Model number is shown, the Machine Display Model will now be used instead of the Price List Model. This ensures that the correct model number is displayed in all cases, consistent with other CloudLink products.

The behavior of the Model Exceptions page has been updated to improve page performance.
