Enable GateWay Access for a Texada User
How to give an existing Texada SRM / Web User access to Texada GateWay.
Quick Reference
- Any existing Texada SRM / Web user can easily be given access to Texada GateWay. This can be done both in Texada SRM and Texada Web.
- In Texada SRM:
- Navigate to System Maintenance → Configure System Settings → Security → Operators.
- Search for the operator you would like to edit, then double-click the record to which you would like to grant GateWay access.
- Check the “GateWay Access” checkbox, then click “Accept” to save your changes.
- In Texada Web:
- Navigate to the User Menu (click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen) → Settings → Company Settings → Users.
- Click on the user to which you would like to grant GateWay access.
- Check the “GateWay” checkbox under “Permissions and Roles”, then click “Save” to save your changes.
Introduction
Any existing Texada SRM / Web user can easily be given access to Texada GateWay. The following article will describe how to do this in both Texada SRM and Texada Web.
Enable GateWay Access In Texada SRM
- Log in to Texada SRM and navigate to System Maintenance → Configure System Settings → Security → Operators.
- In the Operators window, search for the operator you would like to edit, then double-click the record to which you would like to grant GateWay access.
- Check the “GateWay Access” checkbox, then click “Accept” to save your changes.

- Log in to Texada Web and navigate to the User Menu (click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen) → Settings → Company Settings → Users.
- On the Users page, click on the user to which you would like to grant GateWay access.
- Check the “GateWay” checkbox under “Permissions and Roles”, then click “Save” to save your changes.
