What is TIS?
The Texada Identity Service (TIS) is a new login service that will allow Texada users to access all of their solutions using a single set of credentials. TIS is currently being rolled out for a number of products, including Service Management, Rental Management, and Financials.
All Texada users will be affected by this change. TIS is free to all existing Texada customers.
Because access to Service, Rental, and Financials (Next) is necessary for logging in with TIS, we will be enabling Service, Rental, and Financials (Next) for all rental customers that do not yet have access to this tool.
What is Service, Rental, and Financials (Next)?

Service, Rental, and Financials (Next) is Texada’s state-of-the-art equipment management solution. Designed to provide much of the same functionality as Service, Rental, and Financials (Classic), it offers a sleek, modern user interface and a focus on counter operations and mobile integration.
Service, Rental, and Financials (Classic) and (Next) are fully integrated with one another, meaning you can switch effortlessly between the two with no loss of data.
What are the timelines?
TIS will be rolled out separately for organizations in the North America and Asia Pacific (APAC) regions. Please ensure you refer to the timelines relevant to your organization!
North America

As of November 2024, TIS is available for Texada customers. Your organization’s Texada system administrator can now start inviting users to TIS.
The legacy login system will be disabled on November 17th, 2025. From now until the legacy system is disabled is a grace period where you can access Texada products using either system.
Once the legacy login system is disabled, TIS will be necessary to access Texada products.
APAC

TIS rollout for organizations in the APAC region will take place in four phases:
- Phase 1: March 24th, 2026 to April 6th, 2026
Starting on March 24th, users will have the option of updating their username/email address during the login process. Having a valid email address as a username is a prerequisite to activating TIS, and completing this step early can help the migration go more smoothly.
See “Update Your Email Address” for instructions on completing this process. - Phase 2: April 6th, 2026 to April 13th, 2026
Starting on April 6th, users will need to update their login username to a valid email address in order to continue logging in. - Phase 3: April 13th, 2026 to April 20th, 2026
Starting on April 13th, TIS migration will become available to users who have already updated their email address. Users will be prompted to migrate to TIS whenever they log in.

- Phase 4: April 20th, 2026 onward
As of April 20th, all user accounts must be transitioned to TIS to maintain access.
How do I make the switch to TIS?
The following instructions only apply to organizations using Texada’s native login process to manage user accounts. If your organization uses a third-party identity provider (IdP) for authentication, please contact us via the Customer Center for support in completing the migration.
Migrating to TIS consists of two steps:
- Update Your Email Address
This step involves ensuring that the username you use to log in to Texada is a valid email address whose inbox you are able to access. Having a valid email address as a username ensures that you are able to receive a TIS welcome package and is a necessary step towards completing your migration. - Migrate to TIS
This step involves sending a TIS welcome package to the email address you established in step 1, then following the instructions included in that package to verify your account and reset your password. Once this step is complete, you’ll be able to login using the email address and password you established.
New Login URLs
As of this update, the URLs used to access Texada’s products have changed. We highly recommend bookmarking these URLs for your convenience. Note that the URLs used in the North America and APAC regions are different; make sure you are using the correct URL for your region.
North America:
- Production environment: app.texadasoftware.com
- Play environment: play.texadasoftware.com
APAC:
- Production environment: https://srfn-apac.texadasoftware.com
- Play environment: https://srfn-apac-play.texadasoftware.com
Update Your Email Address
To verify and update your login email address, follow the steps below.
- Open your web browser and navigate to one of the new login URLs, based on the environment you’d like to access.
- Enter your email address and click “Login”, then select a tenant and click “Confirm”.

- Enter your password and click “Login”, then select an application and Division and click “Login” again. It doesn’t matter which application or Division you select.

- On the following screen, you will see the below message prompting you to verify your email address to begin migrating to TIS. If you do not see this message, either migration is not yet available or your account has already been migrated.
The email address shown in the “Update your email address here” text box is your login email address. Make sure this is a valid email address whose inbox you can access. If this is not the case, enter a new address here and click “Set Up Now” to update your login email address. This will change the email address you use to log in to Service, Rental, and Financials (Classic and Next).
Migrate to TIS
Once you’ve validated and updated your login email address, follow the steps below to complete your TIS migration.
- Open your web browser and navigate to one of the new login URLs, based on the environment you’d like to access.
- Enter your email address and click “Login”, then select a tenant and click “Confirm”.

- Enter your password and click “Login”, then select an application and Division and click “Login” again. It doesn’t matter which application or Division you select.

- Upon reaching the TIS migration message, click “Resend Verification Email” to send a TIS welcome package to your login email address. Upon a successful send, you will see a “We’ve just sent a verification email” message. Proceed to step 5, but leave this page open – it will redirect automatically once you’ve completed your migration!

- Check the inbox of your login email address. You will receive 2 emails from no-reply@texadasoftware.com. If you don’t see these emails, check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received these emails after some time has passed, click the “Resend Verification Email” button again to resend the welcome package.
- Verify your email
This email is for activating your TIS account. Open this email and click the “Confirm my account” link.
- Reset your password
This email is for setting a new TIS password. Open this email and click the “click here” link, then follow the instructions to set a new password to use when logging in with TIS.
- Verify your email
- Once you have verified your account and set a new password, you’re ready to start using TIS. Navigate back to the login page you left open in step 4. After a few seconds, you should be automatically logged in.
Congratulations! You have successfully migrated to TIS. No further action is required. From this point onward, you will log in at the URLs outlined in the “New Login URLs” section, using the login email you set in the “Update Your Email Address” section and the password you set in step 5b.
