Release Highlights

New GateWay Administration Panel - New Logging Screens

Three new logging screens have been added to the new GateWay Administration Panel:

  • Web Requests
  • Service Requests
  • Emails

These new screens, accessible under “Logs” in the left navigation menu, provide the same functionality as the corresponding screens in the original admin panel with improved performance and an updated look-and-feel.

The new GateWay Administration panel is currently in beta! Access to this panel is available on an opt-in basis. If you would like to try out the new panel for your organization, please contact your customer success representative.

Texada Web - Updated Login Flow

With this update, Texada Web’s login process has seen some minor updates. 

Instead of entering your credentials all at once, you will first be prompted to enter your email address, which will be used to determine which environments you have access to. After selecting an environment, you will be prompted to enter a password as normal.

No changes to your account are required for this update. For more information on the new login flow, click the button below.

A "Delete Contract" button has been added to the footer of the Edit Contract page.

The following carousel controls available via the Carousel Configurations window (Content --> Carousel --> Configure Carousel) have been re-enabled to affect the behavior of the carousel image on your eCommerce website's home page:

  6. Arrow
  7. Arrow color
  8. Keyboard
  9. Swipe

Resolved an issue affecting the Product List page in which toggling a Product's "Display" checkbox would occasionally fail to show or hide it on the eCommerce website as desired.

Resolved an issue in which changes made to the company logo via the Store Config page would occasionally fail to be reflected on the eCommerce website.

TR-1228

Resolved an issue affecting the Carousel page in which attempting to edit a carousel item's link would occasionally result in an error.

TR-1205

A new "Web Requests" page has been added to the new GateWay Administration Panel under "Logs". This page provides the functionality of the Cart Orders page in the original admin panel.

A new "Service Requests" page has been added to the new GateWay Administration Panel under "Logs". This page provides the functionality of the Equipment Service Request page in the original admin panel.

Fixed an issue affecting the Class / Group Settings page in which the system message received upon successfully saving your changes would occasionally be blank.

A new "Emails" page has been added to the new GateWay Administration Panel under "Logs". This page provides the functionality of the Email Logs page in the original admin panel.

Resolved an issue in which attempting to create a Delivery Ticket for a Product would cause an error if that Product's date out differed from the start date of its parent Contract.

Fixed a bug causing Ticket numbers  to be displayed incorrectly in the notification that appears upon canceling a Ticket.

Resolved the "Name Checklist is Mandatory" error that would occasionally appear when attempting to edit services on a Delivery Ticket.

Resolved an issue in which Users granted the permission to delete Contracts in Texada SRM would occasionally fail to receive this same permission in Texada Web.

Improved the synchronization of user permissions between Texada SRM and Texada Web.

Resolved an issue in which Inspection forms added to a Work Order would occasionally be duplicated, preventing the Work Order from being closed.
