COTI - Checklist Recalculation Lookback Period and UI Updates

COTI has the ability to automatically recalculate checklists for open deals whenever the master checklist is modified. This feature is now receiving two updates:

  • A customizable lookback period has been added to limit the number of deals affected by the nightly updates.
  • A number of UI improvements have been made to make it easier to tell when checklist updates are being triggered, and how many deals are being affected by these updates.

iQuote: Automatic Quote Summary Email Drafting

A powerful new feature has made its way on to Texada iQuote: the ability to generate quote summary emails with the click of a button! 

This feature leverages artificial intelligence to generate accurate, professional, and comprehensive quote summary emails using existing quote and equipment brochure information. From the Send Email screen, simply click the new “Generate draft” button to draft an email in a matter of seconds.

Updated the logic of the Transfer Prospect function to make it mandatory to transfer an opportunity instead of deleting it when there is quote linked to the prospect.

Resolved an issue in which attempting to view the details of a Work Order from iQuote would occasionally result in a CloudLink error.

Resolved an issue affecting the Invoice Details page in which machines' Make, Model, and Serial Number information would occasionally not match the information in DBS.

Fixed an issue in which an extra space would occasionally be appended to the end of the "State" column when exporting influencer lists to Excel.

Resolved an issue that was occasionally preventing PAR Percentage reports from loading.

CLA-31915

Re-enabled the Add New Prospect page to show all fields properly when opened from the UCC Information section.

CLA-32942

Re-enabled influencer types to display on the customer info page.

CLA-33171

The 'Dispute Amount' field on the Issue Details screen will now  only accept numbers (whole and decimal) as input.
