iQuote - Bulk Refresh Pricing of Standard Jobs and Local Items

This feature does not require configuration and is available to all iQuote users.

Introduction

New controls have been added to Texada iQuote, making it much easier to refresh the pricing of standard jobs and local items!

When a standard job or local item’s pricing is updated in your ERP system, that item gets marked with a yellow caution symbol on the Edit Standard Jobs or Edit Local Items screen to indicate that it may be out of date. Previously, the only way to update these items was to individually delete and re-add them to the quote.

Now, a new column has been added to these screens that allows you to select and update the pricing of multiple standard jobs or local items at once:

Local Items:

Use the checkboxes in this column to select one or more standard jobs, then click the “Refresh” button in the column header to refresh the pricing for all selected items. You can also use the “Select All” button to quickly select all items. 

This new feature makes creating and updating quotes easier and faster than ever before!
