Export Data from SRM

A list of reports that allow you to export data from Texada SRM.

Introduction

For customers who want to export their data from Texada SRM, a number of reports are available within the application. The following article lists where these reports can be found and what data they contain.

SRM Reports

Trial Balance

Report Name	Location	Description
Trial Balance From Summarized Totals	General Ledger → Financial Statements → Trial Balance	Generates a trial balance sheet for a selected range of GL accounts.

Inventory Valuation

Report Name	Location	Description
Rental Inventory Value Report	Inventory Control → Reports → Rental Inventory Value Report	Generates an inventory value report for Rental Products.
Sales Inventory Value Report	Inventory Control → Reports → Sales Inventory Value Report	Generates an inventory value report for Sales Products.
Book Value Report	Reports → Inventory → Value Reports → Book Value Report	Generates a book value report for Rental Products. Does not apply to Sales Products.

Asset Activity

Report Name	Location	Description
Product Availability Report	Inventory Control → Reports → Product Availability Report	Lists Product availability by location, Group, and/or Product Type.
New Acquisitions Report	Inventory Control → Reports → New Acquisitions Report	Lists new rental equipment purchases made within a selected range of dates. Does not report on sales item purchases.
Disposal Transactions Report	Inventory Control → Reports → Disposal Transactions Report	Lists Rental Products sold or disposed by Class, Group, and/or Division within a selected range of dates.
Inventory Listing	Inventory Control → Reports → Inventory Listing	Generates a list of Rental and Sales Products sorted by Group, Vendor, and/or Product Class.
Rate Book	Inventory Control → Reports → Rate Book	Generates a listing of the rental rates for Products and/or Groups.
Product/Group Bookings Report	Counter → Reports → Product/Group Bookings Report	Lists booked Sales and Rental Products by date, Product/Group #, and/or location.
Rental Utilization Reports	Reports → Utilization	A series of reports that provide insights into utilization of Rental Products.
Inventory Reports	Reports → Inventory	A series of reports that provide insight into inventory status, including transaction history, usage, adjustments, and substitutions.

Full Customer and Vendor Listing

Report Name	Location	Description
Data Export/Import Utilities	Utilities → Data Export/Import Utilities	A series of utilities that allow you to import and export system data, including Customer, Vendor, and Contact information, Product and Group information, service codes, and rates.

Open Transactions

Report Name	Location	Description
Open Reservations	Counter → Reports → Reservations Report	Lists outstanding Reservations from oldest to newest.
Contract Report	Counter → Reports → Contract Reports → Contract Report	Allows you to create lists of Contracts based on various criteria, including status, date, Customer, Site, Group/Class, Division, and more.
Open Work Orders	Work Orders → W.O. Reports → Work Order Report	Generates information on open or closed Work Orders for a selected date range.
Outstanding Warehouse Receipts	Purchase Orders → Reports → O/S Warehouse Receipts	Lists all Products which were received in the warehouse, but have not yet been matched up with an Accounts Payable Invoice.
Purchase Order Report	Purchase Orders → Reports → Purchase Order Report	Lists all outstanding and/or closed Purchase Orders.

Product Revenue Report	Reports → Revenue → Product Revenue Report	Lists revenue generated by Product, Group, Class, or report set.
Repair History Report	Work Orders → W.O. Reports → Repair History Reports → Repair History Report	Lists the Work Order repair history of one or more Products by Work Order code, date, and location.
