An overview of the Manage - Opportunity, Activity and Issue Status secured module in SalesLink - Executive.
Quick Reference
- The Manage - Opportunity, Activity and Issue Status page in ServiceLink - Executive allows you to view, filter, and make bulk changes to SalesLink Opportunities, Activities, and Issues. To access this page, log in to SalesLink - Executive and navigate to Settings (gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen) → Manage - Opportunity, Activity and Issue Status.
- Use the “Report Type” toggle in the top-left corner of the screen to toggle between viewing Activities, Opportunities, and Issues. This will update the available filtering and bulk-change options.
- To filter the contents of the table, select one or more filters at the top of the screen and click the “Filter” button.
- To bulk update items in the table, select one or more items using the checkboxes down the left side of the screen. Select the desired bulk update actions from the “Update Selected Rows” options at the top of the screen, then click the “Update” button.
Introduction
The Manage - Opportunity, Activity and Issue Status page in ServiceLink - Executive allows you to view, filter, and make bulk changes to SalesLink Opportunities, Activities, and Issues.
To access this page, log in to SalesLink - Executive and navigate to Settings (gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen) → Manage - Opportunity, Activity and Issue Status. Access to this screen is controlled via Secured Modules - if you do not see this option in your Settings menu, contact your CloudLink administrator.
Manage - Opportunity, Activity and Issue Status
- Report Type Toggle
This toggle allows you to switch between the three versions of the screen: Activity, Opportunity, and Issue. Switching between these views will both refresh the table and present new filtering options (2) and bulk update options (4).- Activity: Displays a list of SalesLink Activities.
- Opportunity: Displays a list of Opportunities.
- Issue: Displays a list of Issues.
- Filter Options
Options for filtering the items in the table are available here. These options will differ depending on the setting of the Report Type toggle (1).- Activity: Filter Activities by date, Customer number, Owner, and Status.
- Opportunity: Filter Opportunities by date, Customer number, Assignee, Status, Source, and Campaign.
- Issue: Filter Issues by date, Customer number, Assignee, and Status.

Click to apply the selected filters (2). - Bulk Update Options
Options for updating selected items in bulk are available here. These options will differ depending on the setting of the Report Type toggle (1).- Activity: Can bulk-update Activities’ Owner and Status.
- Opportunity: Can bulk-update Opportunities’ Assignee, Status, Source, and Campaign.
- Issue: Can bulk-update Issues’ Assignee and Status.

Click to apply the selected bulk-update actions (4) to all selected Activities, Opportunities, or Issues. Upon clicking this button, you will receive a prompt showing the number of records that will be updated and asking you to confirm the update. Once the update is complete, you will receive another prompt confirming that the update was successful. - Opportunities / Activities / Issues Table
Opportunities, Activities, or Issues that match the currently-selected filters are displayed here. Click on a column header to sort the table by that column (click multiple times to toggle between ascending and descending). Click the checkbox in the top-left corner of the table to select all items. - Opportunity / Activity / Issue
Each Opportunity, Activity, or Issue will appear as a row in the table. Values in blue are clickable and will navigate you to the details page of the clicked item. For example, when viewing Opportunities, click on a Quote number under the “Quote No” column to open that Quote’s details page in Parts & Service Quoter. - Select Checkbox
Click the checkbox to the left of an item’s row to select it. This will cause the item to be included in any bulk changes performed by clicking the “Update” button (5).
