Release Highlights

ServiceLink - Hide CAT Interact “Send New Message” Button

A new Workorder.CatInteract.Message.Send security matrix has been added to ServiceLink! This allows you to control the visibility of the “Send New Message” button on the OEM Interact tab of the Work Order details page:

To access this security matrix, navigate to Settings (gear icon in the top-right corner of ServiceLink) → Equipment Link Admin → Security, then locate the Workorder.CatInteract.Message.Send security matrix and click the edit button . By modifying this matrix, you can selectively enable the Send New Message button for specific roles.

ServiceLink Flex - Show only Scheduled Work Order Segments

A new filtering option has been added to the Work Order Segments list in ServiceLink Flex! Click the filter icon in the top-right corner of the screen to toggle between viewing all Segments and only Segments assigned to you. This filter will be enabled by default, ensuring that technicians will see Segments relevant to them.

ServiceLink Flex - Offline Daily Service Reports

It is now possible to generate daily service reports in ServiceLink Flex even when offline! This powerful new feature allows technicians to generate service reports from their mobile devices even when working in remote locations.
