SalesLink - Hide Source Options

It is now possible to control which Source options are displayed on the Opportunity Details screen in SalesLink! By hiding unused Source options, you can streamline your users’ workflows and reduce the likelihood of opportunities being attributed to the incorrect source. 

Sources can be displayed and hidden via the Opportunity Source Management secured module. To access this module, log in to SalesLink and open the settings menu (gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen), then select Manage - Opportunity Source. Note that you need access to this secured module in order to see it in the menu. 

On the Opportunity Source Management screen, click the “Edit” button next to the Source you want to edit, then enable or disable the toggle button under the “Display” column. This was previously only possible for Sources with no associated opportunities; this restriction has been removed.

ServiceLink Flex - Symptom Editing

It is now possible to edit the Cause, Damage, Complication and Correction fields for symptoms in ServiceLink Flex! After a symptom has been created in the ServiceLink web application, the technician can now update these fields from their mobile device.

To use this feature, open the symptom you’d like to edit and tap the dot menu in the top-right corner of the screen, then tap “Edit”.

This feature can be enabled and disabled using the "Allow symptoms edit for mobile" (Mobile.SVL.Symptoms.Edit) configuration key in CloudLink Console. For more information, see Manage Configuration Keys.

Resolved an issue in which attempting to reply to a note on a deal with an empty Rep Email field would occasionally result in an error.

CLA-34662

A new "ckglobal.DailyBuild.Invoice.RestatedAmount.IncludeLateInvoice" configuration key has been added to CloudLink Console.

Transactions are occasionally added to the transaction register after an invoice is issued. This key determines whether or not late transactions (whose document date is prior to or the same month as the input date of the sales invoice) will be included in the restated amount.

Resolved an issue in which line items were duplicated when creating a quote for an on-order machine.

It is now possible to control whether or not attachments manually added in COTI will be included in the transaction register. Please contact Texada support to enable this feature.

CLA-34965

A new “ckglobal.DailyBuild.Financials.RestatedAmountCalculation.IncludeOverAllowances” configuration key has been added. This key allows you to control whether or not over allowances are added to the restated amount for COTI Financials sell calculations.

CLA-32889

The Generate Draft feature will now always reference the document most recently added via Model Config for which "Use for Smart Features" is checked.

CLA-34159

The functionality of the Model Exceptions page has been updated. It is no longer required to ignore or provide a mapping for all exceptions at once.

  • The Save button is now disabled by default.
  • Once the user has selected at least one Base Model or checked at least one Ignore checkbox, the Save button will be enabled.
  • Clicking the Save button will only attempt to validate and save altered rows. Unchanged rows will be ignored.

The functionality of the Manage - Opportunity source secured module has been updated. It is now possible to change the Display value of Opportunity Sources that already have associated lead / opportunity records.

CLA-34998

Resolved an issue affecting the Add New Opportunity screen in which the Source drop-down was not auto-populating, and 'unexpected errors' would occasionally occur.

The labels of the "Active PM Agreements" and "Complete/Expired PM Agreements" sections of the PM Agreements page will now be determined by the value of the "ckGlobal.PMDescription" configuration key.
