Why am I getting logged into Production when I went to the Sandbox URL?
If you are logged in to your CloudLink Production environment, visiting the URL for the Sandbox environment will redirect you to Production, as this is your active session. To access the intended environment, you must first log out of your current session.
This issue occurs in Google Chrome due to sharing of cookies. Microsoft Edge is not affected.
