SalesLink Flex - Open Leads from Notification Emails
This feature is available to all SalesLink Flex users.
Emailed leads can now be opened directly in SalesLink Flex!
SalesLink already provides the ability to email sales reps whenever a new lead is assigned to them. With this enhancement, these lead notification emails now contain a hyperlink that will open the corresponding lead in SalesLink Flex when tapped.
Upon receiving a lead notification email, simply tap the included hyperlink to launch SalesLink Flex and automatically navigate to the lead in question. The sales rep can now immediately take action by calling or emailing the contact on the lead.
As a sales rep, it is imperative to be able to quickly and efficiently respond to new leads, even when on the road. This enhancement will prove an invaluable time-saving tool for reps who manage large volumes of leads.
