SalesLink Flex - One-Tap Contact Initiation
It is now possible to initiate customer calls and emails directly from SalesLink Flex! This powerful new feature allows busy sales reps to respond to leads and log activities in the blink of an eye.
When a sales rep is assigned to a lead in SalesLink, they will receive an email summarizing the lead’s details. Tap the “Open Lead in Sales Link Rep” link at the bottom of a lead notification email to launch SalesLink Flex and open the lead in question.
Once viewing the lead in SalesLink Flex, simply tap the contact’s phone number to initiate a phone call. You can also tap the contact’s email address to draft an email!
Once your call or email is complete, a pop-up will appear prompting you to add an activity to the lead. All necessary information for the activity will be filled out automatically, and you will be taken directly to the Notes section. Enter notes manually, or tap the microphone icon and use the speech-to-text feature to dictate notes!
Combining lead notification emails with these new one-tap contact initiation features will allow your sales reps to respond to incoming leads with incredible efficiency. From a single email, reps can now open a lead, call or email the client, and record an activity, all with a minimum of typing and no copy-pasting of client information.
