Description

TR-2793

Resolved an issue causing occasional internal server errors when attempting to log in to the customer access portal as a salesperson.

TR-2721

Resolved an issue affecting the original GateWay administration panel in which clicking the "Test" button to test a user's email would occasionally result in an error.

TR-2582

The error messaging that appears when a GateWay user is locked out after multiple failed login attempts has been improved.

TR-2553

Resolved an issue affecting the Store Config page of the new GateWay Administration panel in which the Upload Logo feature would not accept image files with extensions written in uppercase.

Texada SRM

Description

SRM-4767

Resolved an issue in which it was possible to sell Assets belonging to a Class with the "Prevent Sale of Rental Products" option enabled by using the "Bill Rental and Sell Qty" option while performing a Rental Return.

SRM-4195

Contacts created during Contract creation will now have all Email Types disabled by default. This is to match the behavior of Contacts created via the Customer Information screen.

SRM-1331

Purchase Order information, including PO # number and line, will now continue to be displayed in the Part Details window of a Work Order after that Work Order is closed.

TR-2756

Resolved an issue affecting the Create Pickup Ticket page in which searching Contracts by Contract number would occasionally produce unexpected results.

TR-2831

The Add Payment pop-up window will no longer appear after creating an Invoice with a $0 total on the Create Invoice screen.

TR-2808

Resolved an issue in which the settings button (gear icon) in the left navigation menu was redirecting to a blank page.

TR-2786

Resolved an issue affecting the Edit Work Order screen in which changes made to the Work Order's Salesperson Code would occasionally be reverted after saving.

TR-2762

The functionality of the Division and Location drop-downs on the Ticket Scheduling page has been updated. It is now possible to select multiple Divisions and/or Locations at once.

TR-2748

Resolved an issue affecting the Create Contract screen in which the extended total of a Product added to the Contract would occasionally not appear if that product was selected using the Availability Calendar.

TR-2673

Resolved an issue affecting the Ticket Scheduling page in which selecting a large amount of Drivers would decrease the size of the Division / Location selectors to the point where they would become unusable.

TR-2668

If the "Display Insurance Information" security parameter is enabled in Texada SRM, attempting to create a Contract for a Customer whose insurance is expired in Texada Web will now prompt the user with the Customer's insurance information. This behavior aligns with the behavior currently present in SRM.

A search bar has been added to the Salesperson drop-down on the Create / Edit Invoice page.

TR-2543

Updated the display color of Reservations in the Dashboard Calendar.

  • Honored and Staged Reservations have a color background.
  • Created and Assigned Reservations have a white background with a colored outline.
  • In Progress Reservations have a striped background.
