Equipment CRM - User Interface Overhaul

Equipment CRM - Support for Multiple Dealer Codes


We have made improvements to Equipment CRM that give you better control over how your dealer codes are associated with your data! A new “Dealer Code Override” field has been added to the Manage - Global Branches module, allowing you to specify which dealer code will be associated with records for that branch.

Resolved an issue in which items were repeating in the Invoice Methods and Invoice Sales Entry Code dropdowns on the Contract Configurations page.

CLA-35600

The "Reporting Level" field has been removed from the Global Defaults page. CVA Contracts now default to the value of the Cost Centre field from the quote header.

ServiceLink

Description

CLA-35502

The following updates have been made to the Open and Create Work Order buttons on the Ticket details screen:

  • The "Create" button has been renamed to "Estimate".
  • The "Estimate" button will now open a Work Order in Estimated status. 
  • The Audit log will now say "Estimated" instead of "Opened".
  • The "Open" button will now open a Work Order in "Open" Status.

CLA-30646

  • Resolved a screen behavior issue affecting the Ticket Transfer window in which selecting items via checkboxes caused unexpected resizing or jumping.
  • Elements within the Ticket Transfer window will now automatically resize to match the window's current size.
