Customer Order to Invoice - iQuote Documents

This feature is available to all dealers and does not require configuration to enable.

Uploaded and signed documents from iQuote are now available when viewing the associated deal in Customer Order to Invoice (COTI)! This simple but significant change eliminates the need to open iQuote to review attached documents.

View iQuote Documents in COTI

To see this change, simply open a deal in Customer Order to Invoice and select “Documents” from the left navigation menu. COTI documents will appear at the top of the page; scroll down to find a new ‘iQuote Documents’ section, where uploaded and signed iQuote documents will be listed. Click the Download button to download a document.
