SalesLink - Bulk Delete Opportunities, Activities, and Issues
This feature is available to all dealers and does not require configuration to enable.
The ability to bulk delete opportunities, activities, and issues has been added to SalesLink - Executive!
This feature is available to SalesLink administrators who have access to the Manage - Opportunity, Activity and Issue Status secured module. Access to this screen is controlled via Secured Modules.
Bulk Delete
To bulk delete items in SalesLink, follow the steps below.
- Log in to SalesLink - Executive and navigate to Settings (gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen) → Manage - Opportunity, Activity and Issue Status.
- If desired, use the options at the top of the screen to filter the list of opportunities, activities, and issues.
- Use the checkboxes on the left side of the screen to select one or more items to delete. You can use the checkbox in the top-left corner of the table to quickly select or deselect all visible items.
- Click the “Delete” button
to delete the selected items.
It is not possible to delete opportunities that have attached quotes using this tool. If your selection includes an opportunity with an attached quote, clicking the “Delete” button will prompt the following message:
“At least one of the opportunities you are attempting to delete has an attached quote. These must be deleted individually. Please review before updating.”
When this occurs, you can click on an opportunity or quote’s number in the Opp No or Quote No column to open its details and delete it manually if desired.
