Release Highlights
Equipment CRM (SalesLink) - User Interface Improvements
Following our overhaul of Equipment CRM’s user interface, we have heard your feedback and made a number of additional fixes and improvements to enhance the customer experience of this tool, including:
- The spacing and alignment of the elements on the Sales Rep Calendar page has been adjusted.
- The size of the Description field on the Add / Edit Lead page has been increased.
- The top bar of the Issue Details screen will now be highlighted in green if the issue is resolved, making it much easier to spot resolved issues at a glance.
- The styling of the My Requests page has been updated.
- The “Check for new contact” feature on the Add New Issue page has been re-enabled in the form of an “Uncheck to influencer list” checkbox in the same location. Leave this box unchecked to create a new contact, or check it to use an influencer record.
- A number of styling and display adjustments have been made throughout the application, addressing issues such as cut-off buttons and misaligned elements.
