Global Landing Hub

We are thrilled to announce the arrival of Texada’s Global Landing Hub, the new post-login landing page available to customers who have enabled the Texada Identity Service (TIS)

Replacing and expanding on the functionality offered by the CloudLink My Applications page, the Global Landing Hub is designed to present all of your available Texada applications - including sales, service, rental, and additional administration tools - in one place.

Equipment CRM (SalesLink) - Even More User Interface Improvements!

Even more quality-of-life updates have come to Equipment CRM! We are committed to continuous improvement of this product following our overhaul of its user interface. The changes made in this release include the following:

  • The appearance of several elements throughout the application has been adjusted, including the font used for text labels and the styling of buttons and table headers. 
  • The alignment of elements has been adjusted for readability and to improve screen usage.
  • Issues such as overlapping elements have been resolved.
  • The formatting of the Edit Rep page in SalesLink - Sales Rep has been adjusted.

CloudLink Console - Update User Names and Email Addresses

For customers using the Texada Identity Service, it is now possible update the names and email addresses of users in CloudLink Console! This feature allows you to update users’ information in cases where an employee changes their name, or their email address or User Principle Name changes.

This feature is available for organizations that have activated the Texada Identity Service (TIS).

It is now possible to update a user's name or email address via the Manage CloudLink Users screen at CloudLink Console → User Management → Users List. This feature is intended to address situations where an employee changes their name, or an employee’s email address or UPN changes.

Previous to this update, changing a user's name or email address sometimes resulted in the user being unable to authenticate or an additional user being created. Following this update, these issues should no longer occur.

Some Entra ID connections require the user's UPN to be updated. In these situations, a new UPN field will be visible in the edit user window. If this field is not visible, this requirement does not apply to your organization.

Resolved the "The file is not an Excel file" error that would occasionally appear when uploading a valid .xlsx file during campaign creation.

CLA-36028

The visibility of the "PSE Type" column on the Manage - Opportunity, Activity, and Issue Status page in SalesLink - Executive is now determined by the "Enable CAT PSE Marketing Leads" (ckCommon.CAT.PSE.MarketingLeads.Enable) configuration key. When this key is disabled, the "PSE Type" column will be hidden.

CLA-36051

Resolved an issue affecting the Outstanding Leads page in which filtering options selected from the "Source" drop-down were occasionally failing to be applied.

CLA-35990

Re-enabled the deletion of prospect accounts whose names contained special characters.

CLA-36140

A new "Lock Price" checkbox has been added to the Parts, Labor, and Misc tabs on the Event Details screen. When checked, changes made to the items in these sections will not affect the Event's pricing.

Whether these checkboxes are checked or unchecked by default can be controlled using the new "Event Amount Lock Total Default" (SAQ.Financials.LockTotal.Default) configuration key in CloudLink Console.

Service Management (ServiceLink)

CLA-36063

A new "Allow Editing SIMS Required on Closed Segment" (SVL.SIMS.EditOnClosedSegment.Enabled) configuration key has been added to CloudLink Console.

When this key is enabled, the "SIMS Required" field may be changed from "No" to "Yes" on a closed segment. When this key is disabled, the segment's status must be changed to "not complete" first.

Resolved an issue affecting the Media tab of the Technician Data Entry window in which image thumbnails were occasionally failing to appear.
