Introduction

The Marketing Integrator connects marketing automation platforms (MAPs) such as HubSpot with Texada SalesLink. This integration streamlines lead management and synchronizes sales and marketing efforts.

The Contact Enrollment page allows you to review MAP campaigns and enroll SalesLink contacts in those campaigns. To access this screen, log in to Texada WorkFlow and select Contact Enrollment from the left navigation menu.

Enroll Contacts in a Campaign

There are two ways to enroll SalesLink contacts into MAP campaigns from the Contact Enrollment screen:

  • To enroll SalesLink contacts into an existing MAP campaign, click on a campaign in the table, then click the “Enroll Contact” button .
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud only: To create a new MAP campaign and simultaneously enroll SalesLink contacts into it, click the “Enroll Contact New Campaign” button

Selecting either of these options will open the Contacts Enrollment window, where you can select SalesLink contacts to enroll in your MAP campaign.

  1. SalesLink Campaigns
Existing SalesLink campaigns are listed here. These campaigns can be managed via the Campaigns screen in SalesLink - Executive.

Begin typing into the search bar at the top of the campaign list to filter it. Click on a campaign to see the list of contacts currently being targeted by it (3).

If creating a new MAP campaign via the “Enroll Contact New Campaign" button, your new MAP campaign will be named after the SalesLink campaign selected here.
  2. Contact Search Options
Use these filters to further refine the list of campaign contacts (3). Once you have entered the desired filters, click the “Search” button to apply them.
  3. Campaign Contacts
Contacts targeted by the selected campaign that match the currently-applied filters are listed here. Check the checkbox to the left of a contact to select it.
  4. Select All / Deselect All Buttons
Click to select or deselect all campaign contacts matching the current filter. Note that this will affect contacts on all pages, not just those on the currently-displayed page.
  5. Enroll Selected Contacts
Click to enroll all selected contacts in the MAP campaign you selected on the Contact Enrollment screen.

Whenever a SalesLink contact is enrolled in an MAP campaign, Marketing Integrator will use the contact’s email address to determine whether they already exist in your MAP. If a match is found, the existing contact will be enrolled in the campaign. If no match is found, a new MAP contact will be created, then enrolled in the campaign.

Enrolled contacts are queued to be imported into your MAP. This import can take a few minutes; if you do not see your contacts appear, please allow a short while for the import to complete.
