Marketing Integrator - Support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud has been added to Texada’s Marketing Integrator! This tool, previously only available with HubSpot, fosters two-way communication between SalesLink and Salesforce, allowing you to bulk enroll SalesLink contacts into Salesforce campaigns, as well as automatically create SalesLink leads from Salesforce deals.

Leverage the combined power of SalesLink and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to streamline your workflows like never before! 

Equipment CRM (SalesLink) - Still More User Interface Improvements!

The latest round of user interface improvements have come to Equipment CRM, including:

  • Margins on some pages have been adjusted.
  • The layout of the “Influencers” section of the Customer Information page has been updated for readability and density of information.
  • The appearance of several buttons throughout the application has been adjusted for consistency and legibility.
  • Minor visual glitches, such as font size inconsistencies, certain elements being misaligned, button text being cut off, and extra borders appearing around certain elements have been resolved.

Resolved the "No data - It looks like there is no data to display" error that would occasionally appear when attempting to view equipment from the Equipment Models screen.

ServiceLink

Description

CLA-36197

Resolved an issue affecting the ServiceLink Media tab in which uploading multiple documents simultaneously would cause the description of the last uploaded document to be assigned to all documents. Each document now retains its respective description when uploaded.
