Introduction

These notes address new features and code fixes for version 2025.0508 of the Texada Sales & Service suite of products (formerly CloudLink).

Description

CLA-37015

Two new fields have been added to the Financials page of COTI deals:

  • Quoted GP: This is a read-only field whose value is equal to the deal sheet amount minus the package grand total.
  • Quoted GP %: This is a read-only field equal to the Quoted GP divided by the deal sheet amount. In other words, it reflects the deal's gross profit percentage.

These new fields will only be populated for new deals. Existing deals will not be affected.

The visibility of these fields can be controlled via the "Deal Detail Financials" administration page at COTI → Settings (gear icon in top-right corner of screen) → Administration Menu → Deal Detail Configuration → Deal Detail Financials (Edit).

SalesLink now has the ability to update its internal list of PSE Types based on new inputs from Caterpillar. 

As of this update, whenever a previously-unseen PSE Type is encountered during a PSE import, it will be automatically added to the list of PSE Types available in SalesLink. This means that it will appear as an option in all "PSE Type" drop-down elements throughout the product.

PSE Types can be managed via the Manage - PSE Type Mapping and Manage - Opportunity PSE Type secured modules in SalesLink - Executive. For more information, see "SalesLink PSE Integration".

Resolved the "Cloudlink - Error" that would occasionally occur when accessing the "Territory Changes" page.

Resolved an error in which created Issues would occasionally be assigned to the user who created them, even if a different user had been selected in the "Assigned To" field.

The formatting of PDF Customer Value Agreements generated in SAQ has been updated. A mandatory page break has been introduced before the Terms and Conditions section, resolving the display issues that would occasionally appear within this section.

Resolved an issue affecting the Segment Header Edit window in which entering a Customer number for a Segment, then using the "Next" or "Prev" buttons to navigate between Segments would occasionally cause the selected Customer number to transfer to the other Segments viewed.

Resolved the deadlock error that would occasionally occur when clicking "Approve All" on the Labor Approval screen.

CLA-37030

Resolved a display issue affecting the Media tab of the Ticket detail page in which attached photos were appearing directly within the "Albums" panel.

CLA-36638

Resolved an issue in which quickly deleting media from an album could cause the selection to jump to the first photo, leading to accidental deletion of the wrong image. To prevent this, the "Delete" button is now disabled during deletion.

Resolved an issue in which it was not possible to sort the contents of the Labor Approval page by the "SAP" or "DBS" columns.
