Feature Highlights
SalesLink - Send PSE Parts Revenue to OEM
For PSE-originated service Opportunities on Caterpillar machines, it is now possible to send only the estimated Parts revenue to the OEM, instead of the total amount for the Opportunity. This is important for Caterpillar dealerships, as the OEM is primarily interested in only the Parts revenue associated with the Opportunity. Watch the above video to learn more!

A new "Import pending Parts From Ticket" (psQuoter.Quote.Import.Pending.Parts.From.Ticket) configuration key has been added to CloudLink Console. This key allows dealers to determine whether, when creating a Quote from a Work Order, pending Parts from the Ticket linked to that Work Order will be imported into the Quote.
