Browse assigned Work Orders in list and map view, review customer, site, and Asset information, request missing Parts, track billable items, and finalize work by collecting the customer’s signature – all from your smart device!

Texada Mobile offers Drivers robust tools for tracking and completing Tickets. Browse assigned Tickets in list and map mode, then select a Ticket to view its details, including its pick-up and drop-off address. Tap an address to instantly open it in Google or Apple Maps! You can also collect the customer’s signature when delivering or picking up an Asset, ensuring you have a record of their approval.

Inspections
Digital Inspections are an important feature of Texada’s Rental Management suite, giving Drivers, Mechanics, and warehouse workers a convenient and repeatable way to report on the condition of your organization’s Assets.
Once created in Texada SRM, Inspection forms can be completed at any time using Texada Mobile. They can also be attached to a Work Order, requiring the assigned Mechanic to complete the Inspection in order to finalize the Work Order in question.
When filling out an Inspection, the user can take photos of the Asset using their device’s camera and highlight areas of damage. Once finished, they can request a signature from the customer, and email a copy of the Inspection to an address of their choosing. The results of each Inspection are immediately uploaded to Texada SRM and Web, giving counter operators a record of the work done.
Leverage digital Inspections to eliminate paperwork, reduce the potential for human error, and improve customer satisfaction! Check out the resources below to learn more.
Asset Staging
In Texada Rental Management, a Reservation is a pre-Contract document used by salespeople to estimate the cost of a potential Contract. Once a Reservation is approved by the client, it can be converted into a Contract. Asset Staging – or selecting which specific Assets will go out on the final Contract – is part of this conversion process.
Using Texada Mobile’s Staging feature, your warehouse workers can perform Asset Staging with ease. Browse the list of upcoming Reservations, inspect Assets to ensure they are ready to go out, then assign them to the Reservation to complete the process. Once all of the Assets on a Reservation have been staged, its status will be updated automatically, enabling your counter workers to take it to the next step.

In-Yard Returns
An In-Yard Return is a special kind of rental return used when customers return equipment directly to the rental yard. In-yard returns are initiated by yard workers using Texada Mobile, then processed by counter workers using Texada Web.
Like all of Texada Mobile’s features, digital in-yard returns can help you eliminate paperwork, reduce human error, and allow you to collect the customer’s digital signature as a record of the return. Check out the resources below to learn more!
eSignatures
Several Texada Mobile features – including Work Orders, Inspections, Tickets, and In-Yard Returns – make use of the application’s eSignature module, allowing your staff to collect a digital record of the customer’s consent when completing a Work Order, picking up or dropping off a piece of equipment, or finalizing an Inspection.

And More!

- Offline Functionality
Texada Mobile is designed to be used on the road, which naturally includes areas with little or no internet connectivity. Changes made while offline are saved locally, then automatically pushed to Texada Web and SRM the next time connection is available. - Schedule
The schedule is a convenient tool that aggregates all of a user’s upcoming activities – including Work Orders, Pickups, and Deliveries – into a single weekly view. Viewing tasks chronologically can help Drivers and Mechanics plan their days and identify potential scheduling issues well in advance. - Access Texada Web from Texada Mobile
It’s possible to access the entirety of Texada Web directly from the Texada Mobile app, giving you the flexibility to switch between counter and field functionality with the tap of a button. - Scan Product Barcodes
Whenever you need to search for a piece of equipment in Texada Mobile – for example, when loading it onto a delivery truck, starting an inspection, or selecting it to go out on a Contract – you can use your device’s camera to scan the asset’s barcode and locate it instantly. This simple but powerful feature saves you from manually entering product numbers and ensures you’re always looking at the correct asset. - Asset Management
By searching an asset or scanning its barcode, you can access the Asset Management tool. From here, you can view the Asset’s information, Inspection history, and Work Order history. You can also submit a new Inspection or open a Work Order for that Asset! - Clock In / Clock Out
Texada Mobile’s time tracker feature turns the application into a digital punch clock, allowing you to clock in and out and the start and end of the work day. Mechanics can even track time spent on Work Order labor items!
