Service Management Mobile - AI Dictate & Enhance
This feature is available to T1 Texada customers. This feature will be temporarily enabled for all customers until January 2026.
It is now easier than ever to take clean, professional Work Order notes thanks to new AI features coming to Service Management Mobile!
Mobile’s existing talk-to-text functionality gives mechanics the ability to dictate comments to their smart device. This feature is ideal for leaving quickly taking notes in the field or on the shop floor without lengthy typing sessions. Now, these comments can be further refined thanks to a new “AI Enhance” button!
How It Works
To use the new AI Enhance feature, start by opening a Work Order in Service Management Mobile. Tap the comment icon to view comments, then tap the Add Comment button
to leave a new comment.
Enter your comment as normal, either by entering it manually or tapping the microphone icon to use talk-to-text. Once you’ve finished with your comment, tap the new AI Enhance button
to refine it.
The Review Enhancements window lets you compare your original comment to the AI-enhanced version. The AI Enhance feature is designed to refine your comments and remove filler words like “um” and “uh” without changing the substance of your message.
You can now tap “Apply Changes” to replace your original comment with the AI-enhanced version, or “Keep Original” to cancel. If you’re not happy with the output, you can also tap the “Regenerate” button to try again.
Taking clear, descriptive work order notes is important, but can be time-consuming. The AI Enhance feature allows your mechanics to reclaim time that would otherwise be spent typing out notes manually, generating professional, customer-ready notes at the tap of a button!
