Introduction

The Inventory Summary screen offers several different views for reporting on your organization’s inventory. To access this screen, select Functions → Inventory from the top menu.

Inventory Summary

This screen is configured based on customer numbers provided by your organization during the initial set up of the application. Use the filters (Location, Description and Type) to refine your results.

The screen consists of five different tabs, each offering a different inventory report.

Inventory By Model-Qty

The Inventory by Model-Qty report is the quantity summary report grouped by category (New Sales, Rental, Attachment, etc.) and by model.

Inventory By Model-Book Value

Inventory by Model-Book Value report is also grouped by category and model.

Inventory By Location

Inventory by Location displays inventory by ERP branch location. Click on a branch number to view inventory for that branch.

Inventory By Age

Inventory by Age is categorized by the length of time (months) in your organization’s ERP inventory.

On Order

The On Order tab is based on your organization’s Order Board (RTS upload), displayed by month and model.
