Condition Monitoring Portal

Description

CLA-36613

Automatic Fleet Reports no longer run every day leading up to their end date. They will only run at the appropriate interval until the end date has passed.

For example, if a report's interval is every 25th of the month and its end date is November 5th, the report will run for the last time on October 25th. Previously, the report would also have run each day from October 26th to November 5th.

The following configuration keys have been added to CloudLink Console, allowing administrators to customize their system's Vertex integration:

  • Vertex - Trusted ID (ckSystem.Vertex.Taxes.TrustedID)
    • The trusted ID for your Vertex instance.
  • Vertex - Tax area lookup URL (ckSystem.Vertex.Taxes.LookUpTaxArea.URL)
    • The full URL of the tax area lookup API for Vertex.
  • Vertex - Company code (ckSystem.VertexDealerCode)
    • The company code for your Vertex instance.
  • Vertex - Calculate tax URL (ckSystem.Vertex.Taxes.CalculateTax.URL)
    • The full URL of the calculate tax API for Vertex.
  • Vertex - Default fulfillment type selection (ckSystem.Vertex.Address.Default)
    • The default selection for how a machine sale will be fulfilled.

The display order of the departments listed on the Deal Checklist screen has been enhanced.

This change was implemented to ensure consistency with the established order of other departments within that Phase. The display order will now be standardized across all departments.
