SalesLink Flex - Even More Filters for Around Me

This feature is available to all SalesLink Flex users. No additional configuration is required.

Introduction

Even more filters have been added to the Around Me feature in SalesLink Flex, making it easier than ever for sales reps to make the most of their time on the road!

In a previous update, we added a number of new filters to Around Me, allowing reps to filter by equipment, account type, outstanding sales activity, and more. Now, two new filters are available, further deepening the customization available!

Using the New Filters

To access the new filters, open SalesLink Flex and select “Around Me” from the Customers menu. Then, tap the filter icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

The two new filters are:

  1. Has outstanding lead for me
    This filter will display customers and equipment that have at least one outstanding lead or opportunity assigned to the current user. Specifically, it will display leads or opportunities that are NOT in any of the following stages: Won, Lost, No Lead, or No Deal.

    This filter can be used to find both customers and equipment for which outstanding leads and opportunities exist. The equipment filter is especially powerful for discovering aftermarket sales opportunities.
  2. Behind on PAR
    This filter will display customers for which the current user is behind on the Planned Annual Rate of sales activities (PAR). This is especially useful for catching up with customers that haven’t been contacted in a while.

Once you have selected your desired filters, scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap “Submit”. The Around Me screen will now display only customers and equipment matching the current filters.

Make use of these new filters to cut though the noise and pinpoint the leads that need following up on the most!
