TR-6247

Resolved an issue in which credit card fees were occasionally not displaying in the Totals panel of paid Invoices in the E-Commerce Customer Access Portal.

TR-6246

Resolved an issue affecting Invoice payment in which clicking the "Pay Now" button on the Invoice Cart window without selecting a payment type would occasionally cause the screen to load indefinitely.
