Resolved an issue in which the Opportunity Pipeline Summary report included revenue from No Deal products in the Estimated Revenue column. The report now calculates estimated revenue using only active products when the opportunity stage is not No Deal, ensuring consistency with the revenue shown on the opportunity and lead detail pages.

CLA-41070

Fixed an issue affecting the “Copy to New Quote” function in which the Warranty Travel, Vehicle, and OT Diff values would occasionally change from an S (charge to segment customer) to an H (charge to header customer).

CLA-41206

When using the “From Quote” functionality to create segments, the “New Charge Code” column for labor will now be populated with the correct labor charge codes in accordance with the "source quote" Header Labor Customer Class.

CLA-40976

A new "ServiceLink Import Segment From SAQ" configuration key has been added to CloudLink Console.

This key controls how service segments (or similar data) can be created or imported into Service Management CD from Service Agreement Quoting (SAQ). It specifically defines the allowed methods for segment creation, including importing the segment data from SAQ when it is created from EMT, and manually adding segments from SAQ directly within Service Management CD.

CLA-41210

Resolved an issue in Service Agreement Quoter in which the Serial No column in the Select Parts Group window occasionally displayed an incorrect value when adding events from the Event List.

Resolved an issue affecting the scheduler in which checking then unchecking the "Single Entry" checkbox when editing an event would occasionally cause certain days' start times to change unexpectedly.

CLA-40689

When creating a segment in ServiceLink using Standard Jobs, parts lists for single-segment jobs that include grouped part numbers will now automatically expand, making all available options immediately visible.

CLA-41021

The Job Control drop-down on the Technician Scheduling screen is now searchable. Begin typing into this field to quickly select the desired option.

It is now possible to push information from Service Agreement Quoting to Service Management CD when creating a new segment, even if the ticket is not linked to a work order.
