Introduction
The Engineering menu provides reports on employee hours, invoiced and recovered engineering hours and engineering schedule.
Engineering Entries By Employee
This report shows engineering hours by employee between two selected dates.
Engineering Hours
This report allows you to look at a list of engineering hours for a specific service segment and stock number by an employee or by all.
Engineering Hours Variance
This report lists the variance of engineering hours for a stock number if the budget has been changed.
Engineering Invoice
This report lists engineering hours invoiced and the invoice amount for all projects within a chosen period of time.
Engineering Recovery (by Employee, by Service Segment or by Project)
These options create a list of engineering hours recovered by employee, service segment, and project.
Engineering Schedule
This report creates an engineering schedule for all employees or by employee for a designated period of time. The list includes Customer and Production Transmittals, % of items released, and Budget Hours.
