An overview of the Quotes reports available in iMACS.

Introduction

The Quotes menu provides reports for tracking the sales pipeline, analyzing quotes by status or closing date, and searching and exporting detailed quote activity.

Pipeline 

This report is your iMACS sales funnel by status. Filter by date, region, company, industry, reps and type. 

Quotes by Closing Date

Use the drop down menus to filter on the various parameters.

Quotes by Status

Use the drop down menus to filter on the various parameters.

Quote Lookup

You can search for a quote by Sales Rep, SIC Code, Status, Contractor, Consultant, Start Follow-Up Date and End Follow-Up Date and generate a report.

Quote Log

iMACS provides multiple Quote Log reports based on different variables that are exported to EXCEL:

  • Quote Log → Won Models Only
  • Quote Log → Won Lost
  • Quote Log → With All Models
  • Quote Log → With Contractors
  • Quote Log → With Consultants
  • Quote Log → With Competitive
